Last updated: 20 September 2026. This policy covers privately operated personal assistant deployments described on this site (for example “Athina assistant”). Each deployment serves one owner. The operator is a private individual; contact: maria.assist@ivchenko.me.
Only the dedicated Google account created for the assistant: its Gmail mailbox (messages, drafts, labels) and Google Calendar events of calendars that the owner has shared with that account. The assistant does not access any other Google account.
Solely to provide assistant functions to the owner: reading incoming mail, preparing and sending replies (replies on matters of substance only after the owner's approval), creating and updating calendar events, reminders and daily summaries. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to train generalised AI models.
On a private server rented for the owner. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server. Data is kept while the owner uses the assistant and is deleted at the owner's request.
The owner. The operator (system administrator) has technical access to stored data for maintenance and troubleshooting; the owner is informed of this before the assistant is handed over. Service providers process data only as needed to run the assistant: Google (the mailbox and calendar themselves), Telegram (the private chat between the assistant and its owner) and Anthropic (the language model that processes message content to produce the assistant's responses). Data is not shared with anyone else.
Your emails to the assistant's mailbox are processed as described above. To ask what is stored about you or to have it deleted, write to maria.assist@ivchenko.me.
The assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
